Submission Media

All entries must submit media for judging via the online entry system. Each media type has specific technical requirements, as outlined below.

Submission media options vary by category. Refer to the categories section for details on the submission options for each category.




IMPORTANT NOTE:
The Pendoring Awards 2021 will not be accepting physical entries. All entry media must be uploaded into the online entry system.
DO NOT MAIL PHYSICAL ENTRIES TO THE PENDORING AWARDS – THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


Images

Presentation images will be a summary of your entry and will be used for judging, as well as on screen at the awards ceremony should your work win.

Note: as no physical media will be allowed, JPEGS must be used to show your original work (relevant to Design, Print & OOH).

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Maximum of 10 JPEGS.
  • Submit close up images of small details that need to be seen by the jury.
  • Keep text to a minimum, utilise the ‘description’ section of the entry form for additional information about the work.

DIMENSIONS
  • 7063 (w) x 5008 (h) pixels

FILE SIZE
  • 5MB - 15MB per image

FORMAT
  • Each file must be a high res JPEG (300 DPI)

FILM

Video files will only be accepted through the online entry system. All videos must have subtitles.

Overview Video

You can provide footage of the entry itself, as well as supporting information about your work. It is highly recommended that the presentation is tailored/adapted to highlight the elements most relevant to the chosen category.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Maximum length = 2 minutes
  • Maximum size = 400MB
  • In addition to the overview, you have the option to submit the full-length work which may be viewed at the judges’ discretion

Original Content Video

Original execution of the content that was commercially launched or aired.

30 Second Edit

We recommend you submit an additional 30 second edit with all long format entries, which may include a voiceover. This edit will not be judged but will be used on screen at the awards ceremony should your work win. If no edit is received, the original video will fade in and out on screen at the awards.

Audio

Audio files will only be accepted through the online entry system. Audio files submitted can be:

  • Content Audio (the original content as it ran)

FORMAT
  • All audio files must be in MP3 format

  • Provide an English translation in the "Judging Description / Translation" field with the individual audio file.
